All JCM products come with a 1-3 year manufacturer's warranty covering any manufacturer's defect. This does not cover physical or customer abuse and/or water damage. Any product with warranty issues should be returned to JCM for product replacement. No credit will be issued.

Any product returned that is non-defective or refused will be charged a 35% restocking fee and any shipping charges associated with the product.

No product that is non-defective is returnable after 30 days.

Any claims made on an order must be received in writing within 72 hours of signing for the shipment.

Any orders under $75.00 before shipping, will be assesed a $6.00 service / processing fee.
